Cancellation Policy

– No fee is charged for cancellation 7 days prior to the confirmed cruise date

– No fee is charged for cancellation due to the yacht or catamaran not being able to leave the pier.

– Any cancellation made within the 6th and 3rd day prior to the cruise date results in 50% fee of the total amount

– No show or any cancellation made within 24 Hours prior to the cruise departure results in 100% fee of the total amount

Return Policy

We have a 07-day return policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at castawayclubphuket@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. Please contact us at castawayclubphuket@gmail.com within 48 hours of order delivery with a photograph as proof of the damage/defect.

We will accept returns on a case by case basis within 07 days of receiving the order for exchange or store credit only. We reserve the right to decline the return request if there is not just cause. Promotional items are not able to return/exchange. 

We will not be able to refund the shipping cost. In addition, if your package is unclaimed and is returned back to us, we cannot process any further step until you contact us and pay the extra shipping fee. We are not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.
